Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect.

We will not accept returns on items for reasons such as:

  • Scent preference
  • User error

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

Email your proof of purchase, a description of the defect, and a photo of the defect to (email) to be approved for a refund or exchange. Please note if you would prefer store credit, exchange for the same item, or a refund.

Sale items

Sale items are not refundable. No exceptions.
